* Note, this zone differs quite a bit from live and my memory, Pathing will have to be a bit from memory, and a bit from collected points. This may not be even 80% correct. Will need input.
Pass 1: Mobs are moving, Most dupes removed. Zone LOOKS ok.
Pass 2: Fix remaining mobs, Correct those that are off. NPC Expansion Flags
Pass 3: Complete Zone. All needed quests work, all pathing correct, all dupes removed.
