An updated Windows installer including the EQ2DBeditors has been released.
You can find the source code for the EQ2DBeditors on GitHub. Please be sure to read the readme on the GitHub. Minimal support for this is available.
The updated Windows installer can be found HERE. Please note this is sort of a beta version for this installer type. There may be bugs relating to the DBEditor.
Some changes on top of those I mentioned previously.
-- Added config.ini inside the binaries folder. This can change the apache2 port from the default of 80 to whatever you wish.
-- Added support for php7.4 in apache2. The default is still 8.3.
-- Added VCRedist(17) automatic install on the first run (64/32bit as needed). Needed for apache2.
-- Changed method for getting PC name for network resolution. It is now less complicated, and less prone to breakage.
