Forums on lockdown. - devn00b - 09-12-2021

There is little need for forums these days, and few people ever use them. Since they have become a haven for spambots I've gone ahead and made everything read-only or reply-only.

With everyone on discord and discussions happening there, there really was no need to keep the forums except for long-term storage of data and the how-tos.
