NPC Charles Arker Shows quests when no quest is available - BugReporter - 05-13-2021

The NPC Charles Arker shows the quest icon over him even if no quests are available. To reproduce it, just accept a quest from him, it will show that he still has a quest, even though he doesn%27t. It does this after every quest I have got from him.
