Once underwater you cant swim up anymore and will drown except if you go back to shore and run out

Thanks for the bug reports, just to note about the water situation, drop your target and it will let you swim up.  This was recently reported: http://cutpon.com:3000/devn00b/EQ2EMu/issues/249
