Quest given by Ilmtar D'Viervs. Can pickup 'discarded wood' prior to receiving the quest. Once quest received%2C any wood gathered prior will not count towards quest. With proper amount of wood%2C Ilmtar becomes unresponsive%2C unable to finish or restart questline.
